About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Okta’s team. This role focuses on managing sales processes for enterprise customers in Brazil, with a focus on closing new logos and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to net new logo pipeline generation in LATAM.
→Deliver ARR revenue targets to support YOY growth.
→Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
→Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with Enterprise accounts.
→Explore business possibilities across the client’s entire organization.
→Become known as a thought-leader in Okta’s platform.
→Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
→Embrace Okta’s core value of always loving our customers.
→Utilize channel/alliances to identify and open new opportunities.
→Work as a team for efficient use and deployment of resources.
→Position Okta at both the functional and business value level with target stakeholders.
→Champion Okta to prospective clients at sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
→Build effective working partnerships with Okta colleagues.

Requirements

✓7+ years of consistent track record in direct field sales, developing net new logos and selling enterprise cloud software.
✓Experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell successfully and overachieve quota.
✓Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and adapting in high-growth environments.
✓Proven track record of closing six-figure software cloud deals.
✓Experience in the C-suite, strong executive presence, and excellent listening skills.
✓Knowledge of target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
✓Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus or equivalent experience.
✓Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish preferred.
✓Willing to travel 20-30%.
