About the Role

Okta is seeking a Business Development Representative Intern who is fluent in English and French to join their team in Dublin. This 12-week internship offers a unique opportunity to experience the early stages of the sales cycle in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective customers using social and professional networks and cutting-edge tools
→Support account operations by brainstorming innovative strategies to enter new markets and warm up cold accounts
→Qualify inbound interest by following up and determining if leads are a fit for Okta's solutions
→Maintain lead data integrity and track top-of-funnel metrics within Salesforce
→Attend and document xDR enablement meetings and RVP forecast calls

Requirements

✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability to communicate fluently in English and French
✓Proactive learner with an analytical approach to managing multiple projects
✓Excellent phone etiquette and confidence to engage with professional stakeholders
✓Passion for building a career in sales within the SaaS and Cloud technology space
✓Able to commit to a full-time 12-week internship (Summer 2026)
