About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Product Analyst to join our Technology, Data and Intelligence team at Okta. This role plays a critical part in accelerating business outcomes by driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability in sales-to-support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- βDemonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience & Service Cloud
- βAnalyze and optimize sales-to-support workflows for smooth transitions
- βWork on integrating Salesforce with product systems for seamless data flow
- βDrive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices
- βPartner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs
- βUtilize data analytics to generate insights that guide decision-making
- βImprove case management processes to provide efficient customer support
- βDesign and build solutions for Salesforce and related systems
Requirements
- β2+ years of hands-on experience with implementing Sales, Experience or Service cloud
- βStrong understanding of Salesforce integrations between Salesforce and product systems
- βConfiguration & Integration experience, including cross-functional processes
- βProblem-solving and critical thinking skills with technical understanding
- βAbility to collaborate effectively with various business teams and stakeholders
- βSelf-starter who delivers high-quality, accurate work on time
- βExperience driving the end-to-end lifecycle from conception to post-launch support
- βStrong communication with implementation teams
- βUnderstanding of AI solutions in support of analytical work
