Okta is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support the full life cycle recruiting efforts across our Americas Customer First teams. In this role, you will act as a dynamic talent partner and Okta brand ambassador, responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent Customer First organization. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, serving as a subject matter expert and operating under best in class processes.
Role
β’ Execute the full cycle recruitment process for the Americas Customer First teams, including Customer Success, Customer Acceleration & Support, Professional Services and Renewals
β’ Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for roles, delivering a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert who advises on the recruitment process, anticipates future trends, and navigates ambiguity with a globally-minded and adaptable approach.
β’ Brand Ambassador: Act as a steward of talent for Okta by participating in internal and external campaigns and events to enhance the employer brand.
β’ Continuous Learner: Independently learn the business, build a personal talent network, and actively seek diverse perspectives and cultural understanding.
Relationships
β’ Business Leaders & Stakeholders: Partner closely with leaders across Finance, HR, and other key business units. Establish trust, advise on the talent ecosystem, challenge assumptions with curiosity, and negotiate appropriately.
β’ Candidates: Engage passive and active candidates with tailored messaging. Create memorable experiences by providing timely, effective communication and appropriately setting expectations.
β’ Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate seamlessly across multiple locations, time zones, and matrixed organizational structures.
Results
β’ Successfully identify and secure top-tier talent across the CS organization
β’ Utilize best practices to ensure strong experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout
β’ Drive efficiencies that scale by building and aligning operating rhythms that ensure the team hits established KPIs.
β’ Data-Driven: Locate and analyze data to optimize personal performance, evaluate processes (understanding the "why" and "how"), and implement best practices to improve outcomes
β’ Business Growth: Deliver short- and long-term talent solutions that drive overall growth and efficiency for the Customer Success organization, consistently achieving positive feedback from stakeholders and candidates
Qualifications
β’ 3+ years proven full life cycle recruiting in a high-growth SaaS organization, with a preference for experience within the security or identity space
β’ Excellent, proactive communications (written, verbal and presentation styles)
β’ Strong collaboration, with a proven ability to build and cultivate relationships

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
