About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst to join the TDI team and help scale our internal systems with a focus on security and reliability. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories.
→Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CPQ to implement solutions that align with business needs.
→Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations.
→Partner with different functions such as Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform.
→Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data through effective data management practices.
→Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
→Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
→Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations.
→Author and maintain end-to-end User Journey Maps and update system documentation.

Requirements

✓5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
✓Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, specifically connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems.
✓Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial conception and configuration through to launch and post-deployment support.
✓Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist credentials are highly preferred.
✓Strong problem-solving mindset focused on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
✓Solid understanding of AI solutions and their application in enhancing analytical workflows and data insights.
✓Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
✓Proven track record of collaborating with diverse business teams and stakeholders to align goals.
✓Demonstrated strong ownership and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders.
✓A self-starter who takes initiative to find solutions independently and consistently delivers accurate, timely results.
