About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Product Analyst to join our Business Technology organization at Okta. This role plays a critical part in accelerating the delivery of business outcomes by driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- βDemonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience & Service Cloud
- βUtilize automation knowledge and hands-on experience with Flows
- βAnalyze and optimize sales-to-support workflows
- βWork on integrating Salesforce with product systems
- βDrive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks
- βPartner with business stakeholders to define roadmaps and business priorities
- βUtilize data analytics to generate insights that guide decision-making
- βImprove case management processes to provide efficient customer support
- βDesign and build solutions for Salesforce and related systems
Requirements
- β5+ years of hands-on experience with implementing Sales, Experience or Service cloud
- βStrong motivation and skill to own features through the entire lifecycle
- βStrong understanding of Salesforce integrations
- βConfiguration & Integration experience, including cross-functional processes
- βProblem-solving and critical thinking skills
- βAbility to collaborate effectively with various business teams
- βSelf-starter that seeks solutions without being told
- βStrong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
- βStrong understanding of AI solutions in support of analytical work
- βExperience in driving teams
