About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management and will drive execution and alignment across multiple teams, overseeing the delivery of critical features across Auth0.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
- →Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions.
- →Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
- →Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
- →Energize cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world-class operational excellence and security standards.
- →Develop broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- ✓7 - 10 years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment.
- ✓Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.
- ✓Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects
- ✓Expert in leveraging Jira to manage complex project workflows, track deliverables, and report on progress
- ✓Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
- ✓Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- ✓Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
- ✓Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions.
- ✓Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
- ✓Strong attention to detail and focus on execution in a data-informed environment.
- ✓A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling.
