About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Compliance Project Manager to join OKX, a leading crypto exchange. This role will drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver compliance initiatives on time by actively managing scope, backlog, dependencies, and execution
- →Ensure compliance requirements are embedded into product development and release processes
- →Maintain delivery rigor through Jira, Agile ceremonies, project plans, and standardized reporting
- →Improve cross-functional alignment between Compliance and Product teams
- →Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and delivery readiness
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience in project or program management, delivery management, or PMO roles
- ✓Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives involving Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
- ✓Strong hands-on experience managing Jira for Agile delivery
- ✓Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and how engineering teams operate
- ✓Working knowledge of compliance domains such as AML, KYC, sanctions, privacy, or regulatory change management
- ✓Experience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile + waterfall)
- ✓Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
- ✓Clear, structured communication skills with experience presenting delivery updates to senior stakeholders
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
