About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team at OKX, a leading crypto exchange. This role focuses on expanding our network of Affiliates, Trading Communities, and KOLs in the Netherlands and the broader Western part of the European Union.
Key Responsibilities
- βProactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs, and trading/crypto communities
- βImplement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on content creation, trading volume, and user acquisition
- βManage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs
- βInitiate and participate in meetings with partners to expand cooperation
- βCollaborate with the product team to optimize product offerings
- βStay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends
Requirements
- βSolid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
- βExperience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- βSolid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- βUnderstanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs
- βStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
- βExceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- βGoal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets
