What You’ll Be Doing • Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms. • Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs. • Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behavior. • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development. What We Look For In You • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, solution oriented role, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance. • Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities. • Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin preferred. • Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues ; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
