About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our fast-paced global team at OKX, a leading crypto exchange. This role involves advising stakeholders and hiring managers, developing talent attraction strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a key advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the APAC talent market
- →Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build robust pipelines
- →Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- →Drive the internal and external promotion of our Employer Brand
- →Conduct thorough market and industry mapping for assigned portfolios
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting
- ✓Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple demands
- ✓Strong analytical skills to evaluate hiring metrics
- ✓Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin
