About the Role
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team at OLIPOP and represent us in the DFW territory. This role focuses on building relationships and driving impact in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the market
- →Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers in the DFW and Texas market
- →Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners and pinpoint opportunities for underperforming accounts
- →Monitor inventory and proper use of P.O.S. material
- →Assist the Regional Sales Manager in distributor management meetings
- →Implement and execute incentive programs for distributors
- →Manage chain retailers: new item launches and retail programs
- →Identify and open new accounts, build relationships, and gain opportunities for shelf expansion
- →Collaborate with field-marketing teams to create marketing plans
Requirements

- ✓Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- ✓Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions
- ✓Strong planning, organization, and project management skills
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
- ✓Strong preference for candidates who live in Dallas Fort Worth and can travel daily
- ✓Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
