About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies for brands. This role focuses on managing Dove's social presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and manage social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
→Schedule and publish content, ensuring brand guidelines and accessibility standards are met
→Write and adapt social copy for each platform, maintaining Dove's tone of voice
→Coordinate with creative teams and content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets
→Monitor Dove's social channels daily, responding to comments and messages
→Track trending topics and cultural moments, drafting reactive content as needed
→Track and report on social content performance across platforms
→Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to align social assets with content calendars
→Support briefing processes, translating client briefs into clear direction for the creative team
→Stay current with social platform updates and emerging content formats

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands
✓Native in German (C2) and fluent in English (spoken and written)
✓Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels
✓Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows
✓Solid copywriting skills with the ability to write platform-native social copy
✓Experience with community management and maintaining a consistent, on-brand presence
✓Familiarity with social media management tools and native platform analytics
✓Ability to track and report on social performance metrics
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
✓Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools to support copy drafting and content ideation
