About the Role
We are looking for a Content Lead / Social Media Manager to join our team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. This role focuses on managing social networks for a top FMCG client, driving engagement, and delivering creative and effective digital media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all content for the brand and build an engaging community on social media
- →Develop weekly/monthly social media calendars for Instagram & YouTube
- →Ideate compelling campaign ideas and execute them end-to-end
- →Ensure timely execution and deployment of content across platforms
- →Drive reach, follower count, and engagement on social media
- →Maintain bi-weekly and monthly trackers for all platforms
- →Manage ORM for the brand on digital channels
- →Write short and long form articles and repurpose existing content
- →Master a variety of brand voices and maintain consistency in content
- →Work closely with clients and internal teams to create strong concepts
- →Present and articulate concepts to clients
- →Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of strong experience writing for digital
- ✓Ability to strategize from a long-term perspective
- ✓Good in analytics and understanding of the digital landscape
- ✓Experience working on Agile and executing campaigns
- ✓Understanding of how digital landscape works
- ✓Ability to think on a 360/ cohesive level
- ✓Proactive follow-ups and ability to handle pressure
- ✓Experience working in the beauty/personal care space
- ✓Flawless written English including punctuation and spelling
- ✓Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- ✓Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial
- ✓Good communication skills and ability to think conceptually
- ✓Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material into engaging content
- ✓Confident presenting and communicating clearly to team members and clients
- ✓Preferably someone who comes from a digital-first brand, editorial, or agency
