About the Role
You are here to operationalise Generative AI for enterprise marketing teams. This role focuses on codifying, embedding, and scaling AI workflows using our flagship products: Pencil Pro and Share of Model.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect Gen AI Playbooks: Translate client objectives into repeatable workflows within Pencil Pro.
- →Operationalise Share of Model data to build workflows where insights trigger new creative generation.
- →Establish governance and safety rules for client teams to innovate without risk.
- →Drive usage of Pencil Pro into the daily routines of creative and media teams.
- →Audit client outputs to ensure AI is being prompted effectively to hit brand guidelines.
- →Secure buy-in from C-level executives down to performance marketers.
- →Deliver ROI analysis showing how Gen AI reduces CPA or production costs.
- →Identify opportunities to expand workflows from pilot brands to entire client portfolios.
- →Feed market feedback to product engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years in high-growth SaaS or AdTech managing enterprise accounts.
- ✓Experience straddling the line between technology and creative.
- ✓Proven retention and expansion of client accounts.
- ✓Track record of deconstructing messy processes and rebuilding them into software-defined workflows.
- ✓Sophisticated understanding of prompting Large Language Models and diffusion models.
- ✓Comfortable working with unstructured data and weaving analytics into coherent strategies.
- ✓Challenger mentality with the ability to challenge outdated client thinking.
- ✓Executive presence to communicate with CMOs and Creative Directors.
- ✓Experience navigating organizational resistance and training teams on new technologies.
