About the Role
We are looking for a Designer to join our team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. This role focuses on creating stunning and effective content and digital media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Producing beautiful and innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels
- →Taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while working closely with client brand guidelines
- →Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategy
- →Delivering high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on consumers
- →Working on a range of creatives from e-commerce to social media
- →Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
- →Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years creative experience in digital design or content creation
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating strong aesthetic sensibility
- ✓Experience with premium or beauty brand creative
- ✓Proven track record with Gen AI tools
- ✓Excellence in creative execution
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- ✓Expertise in Gen AI platforms and techniques
- ✓Strong retouching and finishing abilities
- ✓Understanding of digital design principles
- ✓Knowledge of social media specifications
