Role: Project Manager, Pitch Orchestration

About the role:
You'll be the coordination engine behind enterprise pitches, RFPs, and proposals that drive OLIVER's growth across North America. Working at the intersection of solutions strategy, creative development, and client engagement, you'll translate complex opportunity requirements into executable project plans that deliver polished, compliant submissions. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, finding efficient pathways through multi-stakeholder processes that secure new business. Success means consistently delivering high-quality pitches on time, with clear communication and seamless coordination across all contributors
What you will be doing:
• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise pitches, RFPs, RFIs, and renewal processes that secure new client partnerships
• Build practical project plans and timelines that coordinate contributors across Solutions, Strategy, Creative, AI Enablement, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
• Transform complex RFP requirements into clear, actionable workflows that ensure complete, compliant submissions
• Support opportunity development by organizing scope, effort, and delivery approach inputs that inform strategic positioning
• Coordinate materials showcasing embedded agency models and AI-enabled delivery capabilities for enterprise audiences
• Manage quality assurance processes that ensure submissions are accurate, cohesive, and client-ready
• Run efficient stakeholder meetings and status updates that keep multi-disciplinary teams aligned and informed
• Apply systematic approaches to process improvement, capturing learnings that enhance future pitch effectiveness
• Navigate high-pressure environments with calm professionalism, making sound decisions about escalation and resolution
• Balance multiple concurrent pursuits while maintaining clarity, momentum, and attention to detail

What you need to be great in this role:
• A track record managing complex projects in creative agencies, consultancies, or professional services environments, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage pitches, RFPs, or similar high-stakes, deadline-driven work that requires precision and stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication skills that enable clear written and verbal interaction with senior stakeholders, from brief summaries to detailed project updates
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Slack) that support efficient workflow coordination
• Experience working with enterprise clients or complex B2B environments, understanding the rigour and professionalism required
• The ability to quickly understand context and priorities, applying sound judgment about when to escalate and when to resolve independently
• An eye for detail balanced with pragmatic thinking, ensuring accuracy without losing momentum or flexibility
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, project management AI assistants) to enhance planning, documentation, and communication efficiency
• Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex pitch requirements, identify optimal coordination approaches, and execute systematically
• Experience using AI to streamline project workflows, automate status reporting, and improve stakeholder communication
• Understanding of AI capabilities for proposal development while maintaining human oversight for strategic decision-making
• Ability to guide teams in effective AI tool usage for project management and documentation
• At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $119,000.00 to $133,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
