About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Olo, a leading SaaS platform in the restaurant industry. This role involves developing the vision and strategy for products, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and refresh the long-term vision and strategy for products
→Identify and present opportunities to invest in and monetize solutions for customer problems
→Leverage data analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes
→Develop and foster direct relationships with customers to gain insights
→Balance technical and customer-centric priorities to enhance product reliability
→Manage budget and secure executive approval for major cost increases
→Lead the development and execution of feature launch plans
→Manage, mentor, and support the career growth of Product Managers or Associate Product Managers
→Provide frequent stakeholder updates on product development progress

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent practical experience
✓Minimum of 5 years experience in a software Product Management role
✓Experience managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms using data and experimentation
✓Demonstrated experience leading experiment-driven product development
✓Proven ability to leverage data to define success metrics and guide product strategy
✓Track record of consistently delivering on product objectives
✓Ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives
✓Strong cross-functional leadership with experience in Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
✓Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
✓Able to travel to customer, partner, conference, and Olo office locations as needed
