About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive with a passion for sport and entertainment to join a fast-paced global agency setting. This role involves developing and implementing world-class events, managing market and guest communications, and supporting onsite delivery across various sports and entertainment rights holders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and methodologies
- →Assist with production of documents, meeting minutes, and tracking of actions
- →Support finance administration including supplier setup, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- →Create and manage project management tools such as project plans and status documents
- →Prepare comprehensive client reporting and present recommendations for improvement
- →Build strong relationships with Rights Holders to ensure efficient communication and deadline management
- →Support planning and execution of corporate hospitality programs at UK events
- →Coordinate with suppliers and hospitality providers for seamless delivery
- →Manage guest logistics including travel, transportation, accommodation, and ticketing
- →Support day-to-day management of guest management system and inbox
- →Ensure compliance with GDPR policies and procedures
- →Assist with on-site event support and delivery
Requirements
- ✓Experience in event planning and sport or entertainment sponsorship
- ✓Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- ✓Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive
- ✓Presentation skills (verbal and written) using Microsoft PowerPoint
- ✓Attention to detail and rigor
- ✓Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and build strong professional relationships
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- ✓Willingness to travel and work across various time zones
