About the Role

Omni is seeking a Growth Manager to lead demand generation across emerging EMEA markets, including the Nordics, Benelux, and DACH. This role is ideal for a full-stack B2B marketer with deep demand gen expertise and a strong track record of partnering with sales to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

→Own an ROI-focused marketing strategy, building and executing a revenue-generating marketing plan across emerging EMEA markets
→Execute programs that move the needle, overseeing localized campaigns, major events, conferences, ABM, partner marketing, and customer marketing
→Partner closely with sales, aligning marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline growth goals
→Maximize impact with smart budget management, allocating budget to maximize ARR
→Push the boundaries of B2B marketing, finding new ways to scale and drive ROI
→Measure, learn, and iterate, tracking performance against key metrics and refining strategies

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience as a well-rounded marketer, ideally in demand generation or product marketing
✓High ownership and self-direction, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal oversight
✓Strong attention to detail, uncovering insights and identifying opportunities
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling
✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and building in evolving environments
✓Ability to travel, managing events and working with partners throughout EMEA
