About the Role
We are seeking a Lab Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Shanghai. This role involves managing lab operations, developing test hardware and software, and analyzing product failures to ensure high reliability and performance of power supply and controller products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage lab operations including EHS maintenance, equipment calibration, and periodic verification in qualification metrics
- →Work with test engineers to develop hardware and software for testing various power supply and controller products
- →Test and analyze product failures to identify root causes
- →Summarize test experiences and continuously improve testing capabilities
- →Utilize computer application skills to complete tasks with high quality and timeliness
Requirements
- ✓BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- ✓Knowledge of Power Electronics
- ✓Familiarity with measurement instruments like oscilloscope and multimeter
- ✓Understanding of power industry standards, safety compliance, and EMC
- ✓Ability to self-manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
