About the Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join Omniscient Digital, an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies. In this role, you will transform raw data into compelling narratives, strategic insights, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and lead original research studies
→Analyze large datasets using Python, R, or similar tools
→Identify and craft the data narrative
→Collaborate with editorial, digital PR, and SEO strategy to produce research reports
→Create clear, compelling data visualizations
→Build and maintain BI dashboards
→Partner with SEO strategists, content leads, and clients to identify research questions
→Network with industry influencers and partners
→Present findings to client stakeholders
→Experiment with new tools, methodologies, and data sources
→Build repeatable research frameworks

Requirements

✓Experience designing and fielding original surveys or research studies
✓Strong quantitative analysis skills
✓Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data analysis
✓Experience with data visualization
✓Comfortable presenting findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders
✓Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Search Console)
✓Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or the B2B SaaS landscape
✓Published original research that earned media coverage or industry attention
✓Experience with NLP, LLM-related analysis, or AI search tools
✓Background in journalism, academic research, or a field that values rigorous methodology and clear writing
