About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate at One Acre Fund will be responsible for building talent pools for the Nigeria program, focusing on increasing hire quality and reducing time-to-hire. This role serves as a key business partner to the Nigeria Program team and plays a critical part in program success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Integrate closely with the Nigeria program to understand hiring needs
- →Participate in talent committees and leadership groups
- →Forecast new hires and understand departmental work through 'Go to Gemba' visits
- →Build talent pools through networking, events, and diaspora groups
- →Develop internship and graduate programs with top universities
- →Reduce time-to-hire through effective talent strategies
Requirements
- ✓Existing network of local contacts and ability to establish new ones
