About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our AI Companion team at OnePay. This role focuses on developing an AI-driven financial companion that guides users through personalized financial journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to key product areas in the AI Companion space, delivering reliable, high-quality LLM features that can scale to tens and hundreds of millions of users.
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, define requirements, and ship personalized journeys and proactive experiences.
- →Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan.
- →Make decisions based on metrics to inform prioritization and drive measurable improvements.
- →Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear specs and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- ✓3–8 years of experience in product management with clear ownership of shipped products.
- ✓Hands-on experience working with LLMs in production.
- ✓Clear, concise executive communication skills.
- ✓Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional partners.
- ✓Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
