About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on B2B hunter with proven experience selling liquidity or brokerage technology to financial institutions. This role focuses on new broker acquisition, outbound sales, deal negotiation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and target brokers, financial institutions, and trading firms
- →Execute outbound campaigns (cold outreach, calls, networking, events)
- →Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified broker prospects
- →Conduct product demos (Liquidity, FIX API, brokerage solutions)
- →Present B2Broker’s institutional value proposition clearly
- →Negotiate commercial terms (spreads, commissions, volumes, contracts)
- →Close deals and onboard new brokers
- →Monitor competitor LPs and brokerage providers
- →Understand regional broker trends and market dynamics
- →Track KPIs: new brokers acquired, pipeline coverage, win rate
- →Maintain accurate Salesforce records
Requirements
- ✓Proven B2B sales experience in liquidity / brokerage technology
- ✓Demonstrated experience selling to brokers or financial institutions
- ✓Track record of acquiring new brokers (not only inbound leads)
- ✓Strong understanding of spreads, commissions, volume-based economics, and LP vs broker revenue models
- ✓Fluent Arabic and strong English
- ✓Hunter mindset with strong closing skills
- ✓Comfortable with outbound sales
