About the Role
The company is a fintech innovator operating a proprietary Payment Service Provider (PSP) platform, advanced AI infrastructure, and a dedicated crypto division. They are looking for a seasoned Engineer to build and maintain a resilient, secure, and scalable platform that powers production payments and high-performance AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deploy and maintain high-performance GPU clusters for AI services
- →Manage the full lifecycle of AI services, including inference deployment, autoscaling, and rollout/rollback strategies
- →Ensure fault tolerance for payment services with SLA/SLO management and Disaster Recovery planning
- →Implement fintech-grade security measures, including secrets management and infrastructure hardening
- →Deploy and maintain crypto nodes across various networks
- →Automate node updates, synchronization monitoring, and health checks
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with mandatory fintech experience
- ✓Deep expertise in Linux, networking, and complex troubleshooting
- ✓Production experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Ingress, and autoscaling
- ✓Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- ✓Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, and OpenTelemetry
- ✓Experience with GPU clusters and ML stacks, including NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, and MIG
- ✓Production-level operation of databases like Postgres, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- ✓Practical knowledge of security tools like Vault, KMS, RBAC, and policy-as-code tools
