About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Demand Generation Manager with expertise in paid media to join our fast-growing marketplace that helps organizations navigate HR and recruiting tech. This role focuses on making a significant impact on our growth through strategic campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and scale demand campaigns across Paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and niche newsletters for the North American market
- βBuild and manage outbound email engines using intent data sources
- βOwn marketing automation within HubSpot Enterprise
- βCreate and manage demand gen budgets with revenue forecasting
- βTrack MQLs, SQLs, and Cost/MQL using Excel and BI tools
- βPartner with the team to A/B test landing pages and ad copy
- βIdentify and test new channels for demand generation
Requirements
- β4β7 years in Demand Gen or Growth, specifically within the U.S. B2B SaaS ecosystem
- βHistory of long-term commitment at previous roles
- βNative fluency in conversion math and ROAS
- βDeep experience with HubSpot (CRM & Automation), SEM platforms, Paid Social, and Excel
- βExperience with intent data sources (6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus
- βAbility to excel in an asynchronous environment with clear, proactive communication
- βCreative empathy to build landing pages that solve HR Director problems
