About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will join Onit's marketing and product management team to work with AI-powered modern product marketing management. This role focuses on translating product capabilities into clear messaging and supporting quarterly product launches.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain Messaging Frameworks and other core messaging assets
→Ensure messaging reflects current product capabilities
→Create launch messaging briefs for quarterly product updates
→Deliver sales-ready value statements and position narratives
→Support enablement sessions for major releases
→Develop and maintain competitive battlecards
→Create clear differentiation narratives
→Provide objection-handling guidance aligned to approved messaging
→Collect structured feedback from Sales and Customer Success
→Incorporate validated customer pain points into messaging updates
→Contribute to proof points and positioning refinements

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
✓3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
✓Hands-on experience crafting effective AI prompts
✓Success managing end-to-end product launches and GTM strategies
✓Strong ability to translate technical details into clear customer value
✓Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement
✓Strong attention to detail with a commitment to messaging accuracy
✓Experience developing B2B content strategy aligned to product positioning
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Positive, energetic self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
✓Experience in legal tech is a plus
