About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Onit, a company redefining legal operations through AI. This role involves shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across products, balancing design craft with problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- βTurn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- βCollaborate deeply with product and engineering teams
- βEnsure consistency and quality across experiences using design systems
- βDesign AI-native and automation-driven experiences
- βPrototype quickly to test thinking and align engineering
- βCommunicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- βSupport the evolution of design processes and standards
Requirements
- β5β8+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- βStrong interaction design and systems thinking
- βExperience with data-dense UIs and multi-state workflows
- βComfort designing AI-forward or automation-based experiences
- βBias toward clarity, quality, and shipping over perfectionism
- βHigh ownership, low ego
- βAbility to explain and defend design decisions
- βBachelorβs degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
- βProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma
