About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend & Cloud Engineer to maintain and scale a robust backend infrastructure built on modern Java and AWS. This role focuses on building and maintaining APIs, ensuring database integrity, and managing cloud infrastructure in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain RESTful services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.3.0
- →Manage database schema changes and migrations using Flyway
- →Manage hosting and resources in AWS, including EC2/ECS and AWS Secrets Manager
- →Maintain authentication flows using Auth0 and Microsoft Entra ID
- →Willingness to learn and contribute to .NET Core (C#) and Azure environments
- →Support internal services during maintenance periods as needed
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot 3+, and SQL
- ✓Proficiency in AWS ecosystem (compute, networking, security) and Flyway
- ✓Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
