About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America. As an early member of the engineering team, you will work across the entire application stack, taking end-to-end ownership of features, infrastructure, and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain features across the full stack
- →Develop responsive UIs using React and React Native
- →Design and implement APIs, database models, and backend logic
- →Integrate with external APIs and third-party services
- →Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- →Optimize application performance across web and mobile
- →Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional software development experience
- ✓Strong full-stack engineering skills
- ✓Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JS frameworks
- ✓Hands-on experience with React Native / Expo
- ✓Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM tools
- ✓Understanding of cloud services and deployment strategies
- ✓Ability to design scalable systems and make sound technical decisions
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ✓Self-starter capable of working independently across the stack
