About the Role
OpenAI’s AI Success Engineer team partners with organizations to translate cutting-edge AI into real business value. This role will lead the team regionally, setting the bar for customer outcomes and driving adoption of OpenAI’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team of engineers across EMEA
- →Establish operating rhythms for the team to ensure consistency and scalability
- →Advise and partner with global enterprises to drive AI adoption and business transformation
- →Create and implement customer success plans with goals, challenges, KPIs, and timelines
- →Monitor the industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies
- →Travel ~15% of the time to develop customer relationships
- →Strategize and execute initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- →Be an AI thought leader with customers and share insights with the team
- →Implement use case development and enablement sessions
- →Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- →Collaborate with the Sales team for seamless handoff
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with technical enterprise products
- ✓3–5 years managing and leading teams across multiple countries or regions
- ✓Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Highly skilled at building relationships in a complex, matrixed organization
- ✓Experience being a thought leader with customers
- ✓Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executives
- ✓Expertise in communicating technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
- ✓Ability to proactively identify pain points in the product and with customers
- ✓Humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and commitment to team and customer success
- ✓Personal commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI
