About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead OpenAI’s brand vision across international markets. This role involves shaping how global ideas are expressed locally while maintaining brand integrity and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead creative direction across international brand campaigns, marketing, digital, content, experiential, events, and partnerships
• →Translate global brand strategy into culturally resonant executions across markets
• →Set and maintain high standards for craft, concept, and storytelling
• →Partner with the U.S. Creative Studio to align on global creative direction
• →Guide and mentor designers and creatives
• →Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop market-specific ideas
• →Shape OpenAI’s visual systems and design principles with a global lens
• →Lead relationships with external agencies and creative partners
• →Interpret strategy and briefs to develop breakthrough ideas
• →Act as a creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders
