About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Scientist to join People Innovation Labs, a fast-moving engineering team focused on rethinking how we find and retain talent. This role involves designing systems and products that give our People Team an edge by infusing OpenAI’s models into our work. You’ll be embedded with Product and Engineering to ensure our work drives measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define success metrics for agentic recruiting and HR systems
- →Design measurement and experimentation frameworks for always-on systems
- →Partner with PMs and engineers to instrument, evaluate, and monitor launches
- →Translate behavioral and model-driven signals into decisions
- →Build repeatable decision loops that convert analysis into shipped changes
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in a quantitative role, ideally at a product-led company
- ✓Deep grounding in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics
- ✓Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python
- ✓Proven track record of translating results into shipped decisions
- ✓Strong business judgment and a bias toward action
- ✓Excellent communicator and partner to PMs/Engineers
- ✓Interest in building company culture and recruiting talented people
