About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Product Manager for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and operations for indirect procurement across Zip and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable, compliant, and scalable intake-to-pay experience spanning sourcing, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the vision, KPIs, and multi-phase roadmap for P2P across Zip, Oracle Fusion, and adjacent tools
- →Design, configure, test, and launch process improvements while evolving the procurement technology ecosystem
- →Own the end-to-end P2P operating model, ensuring scalability and alignment with company growth
- →Translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive delivery through UAT
- →Establish strong data foundations by driving supplier master governance and compliance rules
- →Design integrations via OIC/Workato and REST APIs for system handoffs
- →Build and instrument dashboards to prioritize backlog decisions
- →Lead cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Accounting, Legal, IT, and vendors
- →Triage defects and own root-cause analysis to improve processes
Requirements
- ✓6+ years in ERP/P2P product, functional, or solution roles
- ✓4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting rapidly scaling companies' indirect procurement
- ✓Track record of bringing best practices to indirect procurement
- ✓Strong configuration expertise in Fusion and Zip
- ✓Experience designing multi-system architectures and integrations
- ✓Mastery of process mapping and requirements artifacts
- ✓Strong controls and compliance mindset
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
