Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI products
- →Design and ship high-quality products from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
- →Partner with engineering, product management, and AI research teams
- →Conduct user research to understand patients, clinicians, and consumers
- →Contribute to and evolve our design system
- →Help establish design culture and grow our team
- →Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive practical solutions
Requirements
- ✓Deep motivation for improving health outcomes and expanding medical expertise access
- ✓8+ years of experience shipping large-scale software products
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and interaction design skills
- ✓Ability to think through complex interaction design problems
- ✓Impactful communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Experience tackling ambiguous problems and shaping clear visions
- ✓Excitement about AI research and defining AI-first product behavior
