About the Role
We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to shape our privacy strategy and deliver advanced encryption-based privacy features at rapid speed across ChatGPT, API, and future consumer devices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape the company strategy and set the industry standard on AI privacy
- →Deliver novel encryption-based privacy features across ChatGPT, API, and future consumer devices at rapid speed
- →Work closely with researchers, engineers, and security experts to build core privacy technologies
- →Develop privacy-preserving safety features in collaboration with safety, integrity, and legal teams
- →Partner with industry partners including cloud providers and security researchers
- →Communicate OpenAI’s privacy values with customers, industry professionals, and policymakers
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management or related industry experience
- ✓Prior experience in private computing, trusted execution environments, and end-to-end encryption
- ✓Strong strategic mindset and ability to balance product, privacy, and safety equities
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability from startup or high-growth environments
- ✓World-class communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Demonstrated product intuition with thoughtful prioritization abilities
