About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Leader to join OpenAI's Go To Market (GTM) team. This leadership role will be responsible for driving and implementing the sales strategy within our mid-market segment, recruiting and leading a team of technical sales professionals, and achieving successful deployments with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of sellers
- →Partner with solutions to build and execute complex customer programs and projects
- →Manage consumption revenue forecasts
- →Closely monitor the industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies
- →Support the recruitment and onboarding of teammates
- →Support the development of company culture
Requirements
- ✓8+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams
- ✓Experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company
- ✓Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
- ✓Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
- ✓Experience leading high-visibility customer events
- ✓Ability to gather, distill, and process complex market intelligence
- ✓Strong reporting skills for customer success activities
