About the Role
We are looking for product-minded software engineers to join OpenAI's Marketing Innovation team. This role involves building and owning autonomous, customer-facing agentic systems that directly interface with enterprise customers and revenue-critical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build autonomous and semi-autonomous customer-facing and internal agentic systems that drive revenue, pipeline, and marketing efficiency
- →Own end-to-end product execution, from prototypes to production systems with strong instrumentation
- →Work across the full stack including APIs, orchestration, data flows, frontend experiences, and deployment
- →Partner with marketing, demand gen, and enterprise sales stakeholders to define success metrics
- →Apply OpenAI models and tooling in novel ways
- →Continuously iterate based on live usage and performance data
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a software, product, or ML engineer
- ✓Experience building, deploying, or operating complex systems in production
- ✓Comfortable working without a groomed backlog
- ✓Fluency in Python or JavaScript
- ✓Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and production monitoring
- ✓Curiosity about modern AI models and system design
- ✓Familiarity with sales, marketing, or go-to-market workflows
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and focus on measurable business outcomes
- ✓Collaborative and motivated to build at the frontier of applied AI
