About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join OpenGov, a leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments. This role involves managing project scope, time, and costs, as well as communications with stakeholders and solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set scope, timeline, and deliverables for successful customer deployments
- →Organize and manage a portfolio of projects with varying complexity
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for project implementation
- →Establish project command and control both internally and externally
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resources
- →Participate in the sales process and support Statement of Work creation
- →Identify project and customer risks and devise response strategies
- →Travel to customer sites for training and relationship building
- →Assist in enhancing project delivery methodology
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of project management or related experience in a SaaS environment
- ✓Strong aptitude for technology tools and solutions
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and system perspective
- ✓Innovative thinking and ability to analyze details
- ✓Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond to customer needs
- ✓Technical proficiency with Professional Services and CRM tools
- ✓Experience with government budgeting concepts and practices is a plus
