About the Role
The Project Manager will own the end-to-end product enablement program and launch readiness for OpenGov’s ERP product portfolio, ensuring customers and GTM teams are fully prepared for product launches, migrations, and major portfolio initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and operate the recurring product enablement cadence across the ERP portfolio
- →Design and maintain a scalable enablement framework supporting monthly releases and migration programs
- →Define standardized readiness criteria and documentation expectations for launches and portfolio initiatives
- →Drive alignment across messaging, positioning, documentation, demos, and FAQs
- →Serve as program manager for all product enablement components of launch readiness
- →Establish go/no-go checkpoints and readiness validation mechanisms
- →Manage timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and stakeholder accountability
- →Design and implement GPT-powered workflows to support messaging consistency and documentation quality
- →Track readiness health across launches and migrations
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience in program management, launch operations, or product enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches or portfolio-level initiatives
- ✓Strong systems thinker with demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and frameworks
- ✓Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity or operational efficiency
- ✓Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
- ✓ERP, GovTech, or multi-product portfolio experience preferred
