Solutions Engineer at Openloop

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and customer teams. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end solutions to help partners integrate, deploy, and scale technology to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers
• →Implement new solutions across data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure
• →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities
• →Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs
• →Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations
• →Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues
• →Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability
• →Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration
• →Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
