You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and go-to-market success, with clear ownership and visible impact. What You Will Be Doing
As Director of Product Management, you will be the end-to-end owner of ICAPβs product strategy and growth trajectory.
You will:
β’ Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution.
β’ Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments.
β’ Partner deeply with Engineering, ensuring fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture.
β’ Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption.
β’ Serve as a strong, visible product leader across regions, with a close partnership with our Vietnam-based teams.
β’ Balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring ICAP continues to deliver reliability, performance, and trust at scale.
β’ Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and internal leadership.

Who You Are
You are a product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You bring:
β’ Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale.
β’ Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains.
β’ A track record of partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver complex products.
β’ Commercial acumen and experience supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations.
β’ Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment, including close collaboration with teams in Vietnam.
β’ Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across functions.
β’ A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
β’ Director-level experience is preferred, but we value demonstrated leadership altitude, judgment, and impact above title alone.
