About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Technology Office team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, functionality, and high quality of our cutting-edge software products across various environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review requirements, specifications, and user stories to identify testable scenarios and potential risks
- →Design, write, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
- →Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency
- →Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and faster feedback loops
- →Log, track, reproduce, and verify defects using bug tracking tools; work closely with developers to resolve issues
- →Create and maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, cases, automation scripts, and reports
- →Identify opportunities for automation, contribute to improving test processes, and collaborate on enhancing overall product quality
- →Grow your expertise through mentorship, pair programming on automation tasks, and exposure to advanced testing tools and practices
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related role
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- ✓Strong understanding of core software testing principles and methodologies
- ✓Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- ✓Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) for test scripting or automation basics
- ✓Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Good written and verbal English communication skills for clear bug reporting, documentation, and team collaboration
