About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, security researchers, and software engineers in developing an AI-powered autonomous vulnerability management platform. This role involves driving technical strategy and building a high-performing engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and mentor a team of engineers across AI, security, full-stack, and DevOps disciplines.
- →Drive technical architecture decisions for the AI-powered vulnerability management system.
- →Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- →Establish software development processes and engineering best practices.
- →Oversee hiring and onboarding of technical talent.
- →Drive technical innovation while ensuring deliveries.

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in management roles.
- ✓Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (4+ people).
- ✓Solid background in distributed and cloud-based systems.
- ✓Track record of delivering complex technical products to market.
- ✓Leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
- ✓Strategic thinking: ability to balance technical debt, innovation, and delivery.
- ✓Communication skills: presenting to executives and translating technical concepts.
