About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team at OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity. This role will serve as a technical sales resource for our Japan sales team, helping to identify customer/partner challenges and drive technical alignment between their needs and our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the OPSWAT sales team and partners to drive Enterprise business
- →Manage partner requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in
- →Build partner confidence and awareness in our products/solutions
- →Manage, deliver, and present detailed responses to industry RFPs
- →Train and certify resellers and partners
- →Present at conferences and seminars
- →Understand partner organizations, their IT/Security requirements, and goals
- →Support proof of concepts, implementations, and installations
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- ✓Fluent in Japanese
- ✓5+ years of Cybersecurity or Networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience
- ✓Track record in developing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- ✓Strong presentation and application demo skills
- ✓Foundation of networking concepts
- ✓Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments
- ✓Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain
