About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect professional to drive the growth and adoption of OPSWAT’s MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region. This role requires deep technical expertise in networking and OT environments to support customers in critical infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region
- →Partner with the sales team to design secure OT network architectures
- →Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- →Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning
- →Identify new market opportunities for MetaDefender NetWall in critical infrastructure
- →Develop business cases and technical requirements to support product expansion
- →Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry partners
- →Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences and technical events across the APAC region
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical role
- ✓Strong expertise in data networking technologies including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN
- ✓Solid background in Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial control systems
- ✓Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value
- ✓Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design
- ✓Strong skills in technical documentation, requirements definition, and business case development
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills
- ✓Willingness to travel across the APAC region (25–30%)
