About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing Talent Acquisition team at OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS cybersecurity. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and executing recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βProactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking groups, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- βBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- βConduct initial candidate outreach and generate interest in open roles.
- βPerform preliminary screens to assess alignment with role requirements.
- βPartner closely with Talent Acquisition to refine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- βAssist with interview coordination, including scheduling phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
- βSupport the interview process by tracking candidate progress and ensuring timely feedback collection.
- βMaintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within the applicant tracking system.
- βConduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
- βDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
- βEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout early stages of the process.
- βProvide regular pipeline updates and sourcing metrics to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- β3β5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house).
- βDemonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- βStrong Boolean search capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- βExperience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring preferred.
- βFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems.
- βStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- βAbility to manage multiple searches and scheduling needs simultaneously.
- βExcellent written communication skills for outreach messaging.
- βSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
