About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our team at Optima Dermatology. This critical leadership role will help stabilize and strengthen core people operations during a period of rapid growth and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and oversee core people operations workflows across the employee lifecycle
- →Partner with HR leadership to prioritize work during high volume or risk periods
- →Lead the development and documentation of HR processes, templates, and SOPs
- →Mentor and support the HR Generalist in developing ER skills
- →Partner with Practice Management, Operations, and Finance to improve coordination
- →Lead special HR initiatives focused on stabilization and operational improvement
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required
- ✓2–3 years of direct employee relations experience, preferably in healthcare
- ✓Experience managing core people operations across the employee lifecycle
- ✓Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)
- ✓Experience developing HR processes, SOPs, templates, or workflows
- ✓Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders during periods of growth
- ✓Strong organizational and follow-through skills
