About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Founding SRE to own the reliability and scalability of the OpusClip platform. This role involves stabilizing processing clusters, designing isolated environments for Enterprise partners, and serving as the technical bridge between infrastructure and users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect dedicated environments for Enterprise clients, ensuring high availability and isolation
- →Scale production environments using Kubernetes and Temporal
- →Overhaul observability suite to reduce Time-to-Detect (TTD) and tune alert thresholds
- →Serve as first responder during outages, owning immediate mitigation and recovery
- →Lead post-mortem processes and translate technical findings into updates for stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Expert-level ability to debug Kubernetes internals and operate stateful workflow engines
- ✓Proven track record as a primary first responder in incident command
- ✓Experience architecting Datadog SLOs and tuning alerts
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for automation
